Can I send any brand products to you or do they have to be Doggy Eco?
We accept all brands of used dog toys and accessories. They can be made from any material.
Is there a minimum spend?
Yes. In order for us to cover the actual costs of recycling, we require a $50 minimum spend. This enables us to recycle your old products, provide you a $15 discount and still include our free shipping over $20 offer.
Is there a minimum amount of products I need to send to claim my discount?
No. You can send 1 product or 10. The purpose is to recycle what you no longer use in order to enjoy new products guilt free.
When will I receive my discount?
You will receive a $15 digital voucher when we receive your products for recycling.
