Returns

At Doggy Eco we want our customers to be happy. If you purchase a product that you are not happy with, then please contact us directly at support@doggyeco.com and let us know how we can make your experience better.

Doggy Eco offers exchanges for up to 14 days from the purchase date.

Items returned for exchange purposes must be returned to Doggy Eco in original and unused condition.

Doggy Eco will not be responsible for any products that have been chewed or destroyed by your pet.

Doggy Eco will not be responsible for damage caused to items that were being used contrary to their intended purpose.

The customer will be responsible for the postage cost associated with the return. Due to this added cost we strongly advise our customers to pay particular attention to sizing guides to ensure you are purchasing the correct size for your dog.

If your exchange is accepted, we will resend you another item. If there is no more stock available you will be notified and will have the option to select another product that is in stock or accept a refund for the purchased goods.

Refunds

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty then please contact us directly at support@doggyeco.com. Please provide us with a photograph of the item and a description of it’s fault.

Refunds will only be accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
